Early Childhood Teachers
Did you know our early education centres have university-qualified teachers delivering our programs? The contributions they make are immeasurable. Under their guidance, your child will be introduced to new experiences, environments and routines that will assist with a smooth transition to formal schooling.
Our Early Childhood Teachers work hard every day to develop your child’s language, physical, cognitive, social and emotional regulation skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
Educators
In every World of Learning early learning centre, there is a team of passionate and trained educators ready to inspire and nurture your child from day one all the way through to their kindergarten and preschool end-of-year celebration.
Each educator is committed to developing, planning, and supporting your child’s individual learning, including their emotional, cognitive, physical, social development and well-being.
Centre Managers
At every World of Learning centre, our dedicated Centre Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality care and education for your child. They lead with passion and expertise, overseeing daily operations and supporting the team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Centre Managers are committed to maintaining strong relationships with families, understanding each child’s unique needs, and ensuring that the centre operates smoothly and efficiently. Their leadership ensures that your child’s learning, development, and well-being are always prioritised.
Education Team
Our Chief Education and Learning Officer Education leads our Education team, who provide support to our educators, teachers and leaders to implement innovative learning programs in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
The Education team includes a range of skilled and experienced education specialists to support centre-based team in providing high quality early learning programs that supports children for now, school and beyond. This includes:
- Education Manager, Innovation and Partnerships who oversees the implementation of G8 Education’s Strategy.
- National Pedagogy and Practice Manager who leads a team of Practice Partners in supporting centre-based education, inclusion and wellbeing programs.
- Practice Partners work closely with centre-based teams in supporting quality delivery of early learning programs.
- National Teacher Programs Manager who leads and implements teacher programs across Australia and leads a team of Teacher Partners.
- Teacher Partners work closely with teachers and studying teachers to support curriculum delivery and transitions to school.
